STEEL SEARCHER
Heating
the production of the steel plate takes the continuous casting slab or the blooming slab as the raw material, and is heated by the walking furnace.
Rolling
the pressure processing process of changing the shape of the billet between the rotating rolls is called steel rolling. The rolling method can be divided into hot rolling and cold rolling according to different rolling temperatures.
cooling
After cooling, leveling, and rolling, it is cooled by laminar flow and coiled by a coiler to become a straight hair curler.
Cut
straight hair curls are processed by cutting head, tail cutting, edge trimming and multi-pass straightening, leveling and other finishing lines, and then cut the board.
