Quaternary amino silicone oilis the special textile softener which developed by organic silicone modified technology. modified traditional amino silicone oil through quaternization reagent, with new modified organic silicone chemical structure, can give good fabric of excellent hydrophilicity, antistatic property and anti fouling resistance, good low yellowing property, Can give excellent soft, smooth, and wash silk handle.

[Product features]

This product used for soft processing, it is easy to be emulsion into stable microemulsion, giving cotton, woven cotton and knitwear with softness and smooth feeling.

[Application]

When using, first mix up the emulsifying agent and water, add silicone oil slowly, adjustable pH = 6 ~ 7 with acetic acid solution, can get transparent and stable emulsion, applicable to fabric super soft treatment

Dosage20-50g/L,120℃ preliminary drying, stenering150-180℃,50seconds.

Dosage 2-5%(o.w.f), temperature 30-50℃, time 20-30minutes, dehydration, drying 105℃, stenering150-180℃,50seconds.

The specific process pleases through the sample discretionary adjustment.

[Packaging and storage]

125 kg/polyethylene drum, sealed and stored at room temperature, quality guarantee period 6 months.
