Details :
Tunnel Furnace is suitable for the sintering of honeycomb ceramics, daily ceramics, industrial ceramics, sanitary building ceramics, electronic ceramics, chemical raw materials, ceramic colors and other silicate products. It is characterized by high degree of automation, uniform temperature in the kiln, wide adjustment range, low energy consumption, high firing quality, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Light body tunnel kiln firing temperature ≤1650℃, kiln length of 20 to 120 meters.
Due to the control link dust, oil stains, steam more. The bad working environment will have an adverse effect on the electrical control system, so the electrical control system is required to have good performance and strong anti-interference.
Control Programm:
Communication between master station and slave station is realized through Profibus network. Through MPI network communication between the host computer in the central control room and the site host, the temperature, transmission speed, heating process and other parameters in the production process are monitored in real time.
