Ferrite segment magnetsare a type of permanent magnet made from a combination of iron oxide and barium or strontium carbonate. These magnets are known for their high resistance to demagnetization and their ability to retain magnetic properties over a long period of time.

Ferrite segment magnets are typically formed into small segments or pieces, which can then be used in a variety of applications. The working temperature is a factor to be taken into accountin the diferent uses that wil be given to the magnet. One of the key advantages of ferrite segment magnets is their relatively low cost compared to other types of permanent magnets, such as neodymium magnets. However, they are generally not as strong as neodymium magnets and may not be suitable for all applications.

Ferite magnets are the cheapestin the market. They have a great resistance to corrosion and thereforethey are one of the most apropriate products for diferent outdoor applications thanks to being stainless. They can also be exposed to temperatures of up to 250C, They are probably the best aternative to neodymium magnets, as they not only resist humidty and corosion, but are also resistant to diferent types of chemicals.
