What Is The Difference Between Elevator And Escalator?

Moving

Escalators are "moving stairs" that carry people up and down between different floors of a building. But an elevator is a closed type of elevator that can accommodate a limited number of people at a time, moving people or goods up and down between different floors of a building.

Application

Elevators are used between multi-storey buildings, such as office buildings to transport passengers, hospitals to transport beds, and cargo elevators to transport goods. Structure
