Working Principle of Self-Pressurized Liquid Nitrogen Dewar Bottle
The working principle of self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen Dewar bottle is to use pressure sensor and pressure controller to control the pressure inside the bottle, and realize the automatic supply of liquid nitrogen through the control of valve. When the pressure inside the tank is not enough, activating the booster valve can vaporize part of the liquid nitrogen inside the tank to increase the pressure of the Dewar bottle. When a certain pressure is reached, opening the infusion valve can pump the liquid nitrogen out of the bottle.
When the liquid nitrogen is filled into the Dewar bottle from the inlet valve, the venting valve should be opened and the inlet valve should be closed after filling. When the pressure gauge exceeds 0.05Mpa, you can start to open the drain valve for normal liquid nitrogen infusion, and open the bleeder valve after use to release the pressure in the whole container.
