Laboratory large diameter liquid nitrogen tank 50L
TianChi KGSQ aluminum alloy dewar bottle is mainly composed of shell, liner, neck tube, multi-layer adiabatic body and carrying barrel, etc. The shell and liner of the container are made of aluminum alloy plate, which has the characteristics of light weight, high strength at low temperature and corrosion resistance, etc. The neck tube is made of glass steel, which has the characteristics of high mechanical strength and small thermal conductivity.
The large diameter series combines the advantages of low liquid nitrogen consumption and medium range of lyophilization tube capacity. The larger diameter and convenient extraction of the lyophilization rack are convenient for long-term storage of biological samples and frequent extraction of samples.
The multi-layer adiabatic body adopts aluminum foil with excellent reflective properties as the reflective screen and materials with low thermal conductivity and low outgassing rate as the heat insulation material to reduce thermal radiation.
The interlayer between the vessel shell and the inner single is in high vacuum to prevent thermal convection of gas, and the adsorbent with large adsorption capacity at low temperature is used to ensure the long-term stable and reliable performance of the vessel, and the product life is not less than five years.
