Our Company\'s steel and aluminium Heating radiator PC is the fourth generation of research and development products, the product matrials are developed from the earliest cast iron materials, steel materials purple, brast steel developed into today\'s aluminum-alloy steel materials. Products are made from by the one-time die-casting, have good sealed function, could anti-oxidation and anti-acid-base and the work pressure become stable as well. The integrated products could be divided into three partial, we call them top and bottom partial and the major tank, two side partials are made of metal pipes with a diameter of 42mm, the major tank is made of the vertical metal pipes, the width of the steel wall is 1.5mm. We have two layers and single layer of aluminium sheets which have been modified into the main body, and the double layers have better heating effections than the single one. The outlooks of the product seems very simple and tidy, the Al sheet spread out to avoid the air or envrionment pollution when the boiler is working. We do the coating by very advanced electrostatic spray epoxy resin, non-toxic. The basic technical parameters are: 500mm distance between two axales, 1.25 kg/PC working pressure, 162watt/PC heating factor, 0.26litre/PC water containent, and 2.1M2/pc heating area.
