1、Boiler
　　Description of the main units for wet type continuous fish meal productionSteamer(directly of indirectly steaming stock)
　　The shell jacket, the intermediate shaft and the helical blade of the steamer provide indirect steam heating. The feed steam calandrias on both sides of the steamer shell provide direct steam heating.
2、Squeezer(expelling most of the water in steamed stock by squeezing)
　　1.Single-screw squeezer
　　The single-screw squeezer has a tapered intermediate shaft and the helical blade with variable pitch, forming a decreasing space to provide squeezing. It can well expel most of the water and fat in fish stock.
　　2.Double-screw squeezer
　　The double-screw squeezer has a tapered intermediate shaft and the helical blade with variable pitch, and can squeeze fish stock and expel most of the water and fat.
3、Continuous dryer (continuously feeding fish cake at the front end and discharging fish meal at the rear end)
　　1. Annular-tube type continuous dryer
　　The dryer shaft is welded with several sets of annular tubes, each of which is comprised of several layers of concentric annular tubes with different diameters. Steam feeding and water returning are respectively through the whole tubes.
　　2. Plate-and-tube type continuous dryer
　　The dryer shaft is welded with several iron discs in equal spacing. Each iron disc is welded on both sides with the tubes in semi-circular section that is cut of seamless tube into two halves and bent in Archimede’s spiral. Fish meal can be stirred between two adjacent discs by the semi-circular spiral tubes on both sides and kept in full contact with the heating surface. Steam feeding and water returning are respectively through the semi-circular tubes.
　　3. Spiral-tube/plate type continuous dryer (new type with Chinese patent )

Compressor screw mine mobile installations УКВШ are intended for supply by the compressed air of pneumatic chisel machine tools for installation of strengthening by anchors, pneumatic tools and drives of mechanisms in underground developments of mines and buildings above mines in which « Safety rules for collieries » admit application of an electric equipment in special execution with operation in a long mode and a is repeated-short-term mode at a feed of brake devices of mine elevating machines, and also for work in structure of underground compressor stations, nitrogen-membrane of stations and other branches where compressed air with the set parameters is required.
Necessity of operation of installations for mines including in a deadlock face, make exclusively rigid demands on working capacity of the compressor in a wide range of the temperatures, the raised humidity and a dust content of air.
The ambient temperature at operation on a surface of mines makes from 268 up to 303 To (from a minus 5 up to plus 30°С), at operation in mine from 275 up to 303 To (from plus 2 up to plus 30°С), on occassion up to 313 To (40°С); relative humidity of air of 100 %.
Air can contain harmful gases in operating underground developments more than maximum-permissible concentration and a coal dust more than 10 mg/¼3. Have cases of increase of the general dust content of air up to 100 mg/¼3 and above.
The basic constructive requirements and features of mine compressor installations:
