Pull the handle, and the ratchet wheel will working accordingly, then the ratchet tie down chinabelt will gradually tighten up, to achieve the purpose of bundling goods.
When unload, pull the handle of hand puller, rotate the handle, gradually release the tension. Until the belt is in a relaxed situation, then you can unload the hooks of both sides and unload the goods.
