Introduction
JOEO Rain Test Chamber,rain spray test chamber is a testing equipment used to test the waterproof performance of products. It usually uses a special sprinkler system and a rotating table, which can simulate the impact and immersion of different intensities of rainwater on the product to test its waterproof performance. JOEO water spray test equipment is an international standard used to test the protective performance of products in wind and rain environments, while ensuring that the interior of the product is not subject to water penetration and erosion. Usually used to test the protective performance of electronic products, automotive components, aerospace equipment, etc. in rainwater environments.

Features
The shell is made of high-quality domestic steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with drying varnish, which is beautiful and durable.
The inner chamber, turntable, and swing tube are all made of SUS304 # stainless steel plate to ensure long-term use without rusting.
JOEOspray test chambers install a water level float valve in the water storage tank to automatically control water intake and provide low water level alarm detection. There is a transparent observation window (made of tempered glass) on the door, and an LED light is installed inside the box for easy observation and internal inspection.
The drip box adopts a vacuum design and is made of stainless steel; The contact position of the nozzle adopts a brass conical design, making it easy to install the nozzle.
JOEOwater spray chamberequipped with compressed air drying function. After the experiment, excess water in the drip irrigation box can be removed to avoid clogging the needle holes due to accumulated water and scaling.
The swing tube drive adopts a high-quality domestic servo stepper motor, with accurate and adjustable swing tube speed and angle, without any out of step issues
Turntable drive: Adopting high-quality domestic stepper motors, the speed and angle can be set on the touch screen (adjustable), precise and stepless within the standard range, and can automatically control the forward and reverse directions (forward and reverse directions: suitable for testing with samples on power to prevent wire winding)
